3. Payments

• Work will only proceed upon payment confirmation.

4. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary based on specifications, materials, or additional requests.
  
  

5. Revisions & Approvals

• Design services include a specific number of revisions as agreed.
• Extra revisions may attract additional charges.
• Once a client approves a design, Mansion Arts Limited is not liable for any errors missed during approval.
  
  

6. Turnaround Time
   Delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of the project. Timelines may be affected by:
   
   

• Delays in client feedback
• Payment delays
• Complex requirements
• Third-party constraints (e.g., suppliers, delivery partners)
  
  

7. Delivery, Shipping & Installations

• We offer delivery services across Kenya at applicable rates.
• Installation services are available for branding and signage projects.
• Once delivered or installed, clients assume responsibility for the item unless an issue is reported immediately.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain the property of Mansion Arts Limited until full payment is received.
• After full payment, clients receive usage rights over the final approved design.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.
  
  

9. Refunds & Cancellations
   Refunds are granted only when:

• A service has not yet begun
• An order is mistakenly paid for twice

  
  Refunds are not issued for:

• Completed work
• Approved designs
• Printed materials already in production.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability
    Mansion Arts Limited is not liable for:
    
    

• Losses resulting from delays caused by external factors
• Damage caused by misuse of products
• Errors approved by the client at the proofing stage

    11. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and are subject to a 16% VAT charge where applicable. Any request for VAT exemption must be supported by valid and relevant documentation. Exemptions will only be considered upon verification of the required supporting documents.
